This incredible teaching will give you the tools to embody the five elements of life, learn to recognize and address when something feels off balance and how to turn it around. When the elements are in harmony we rest, digest, energize and create with ease. When they’re not, we have excess, lack, blockage or leaks and this can create weak immunity, low energy, dis-ease, chronic pain, or many other problems to our bodies and lives. YOGA

Sun Practice, 60/90 minutes           

A personal awakening Yang practice for the solar energies in your body using breath, Asana and flow for individuals, couples, and families.

Moon Practice, 60/90 minutes

Relax and release into a softer Yin practice with an evening to restore your moon energies for inward reflection with breath, deep stretching and meditation.

Tantra Yoga, 30/60 minutes

The meaning of TanTra is “to weave together”. In other words, to give presence and attention to all that is, to practice for individuals and couples is tender, focusing on breath, sound, vibration, and posture. The path leads to bliss and pleasure in the presence of the Divine.

Pilates

Customized for everyone, couple or group, the practice can be three types of focus.

Posture, 45 minutes

Focusing on alignment of the body, this creates new habits for posture with skill, ease, and grace.

Power, 45 minutes

Focusing on strengthening to activate the core power for centring, grounding, balancing the body’s true foundation.

Play, 45 minutes

This practice uses balls, bands, and rollers to focus on coordination and adds fun and joy to the exercises.

Somatic Therapy

Neck & Shoulders Theraphy, 60 minutes

Heal from whiplash, frozen shoulders, and misalignments by showing down with guided care and skill. Discover the somatic experience and achieve lasting relief from trauma and pain.

Hips & Lower Back Theraphy, 60 minutes

Lower back, sciatica, hip or knee pain can be awful and often takes away our freedom to move and do activities that we enjoy. Learn how this session can educate your body and mind to alleviate and end suffering with lasting results.

Meditation Session

Mindfulness Meditation, 60 minutes

Practice bringing awareness to the present moment, using the breath, sounds and sensations as an anchor to always guide you back to your true source of stillness and peace within.

Yoga Nidra, 60 minutes

“The science of Waking Sleep”. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that aids in deep healing, stress release, insomnia trauma and overall wellness for the central nervous system. Done with full consciousness it allows practitioner to access layers of the subconscious mind, its like a beautiful massage to your brain!

Holographic Meditation, 30/60 minutes

This is guided meditation that invokes 5 visual images of Sacred Geometry, which will align your physical and energetic body with the galactic center of the Universe. The benefits are calming and profoundly pleasurable for developing a daily practice of stillness.

Massage

MYO-Facial Massage , 60/90 minutes

Using deep tissue and trigger point therapy this massage focuses to improve specific areas that need more blood circulation and reduces tension and pain blockages.

Intuitive Full Body Massage, 60/90 minutes

Using slow stokes that balances each meridian along with acupressure points, this massage incorporates sound frequency and gentle caring touch to relax and soften the body for rest and healing.

Lymphatic Massage , 60/90 minutes

Increase vitality in this relaxing and detoxing massage that improves circulation, reduce headaches and sinus pressure, and release fine lines and wrinkles. Lymphatic drainage is the key ingredient to the fountain of youth!
