Lucja Maslowska

Well-being Practitioner

Lucja’s varied skill set is a unique combination of intuitive medical massage and body work combined with nutritional counselling and meditation to help others connect to their true self, regain a balanced perspective, and heal from within. This unique combination enables her clients to pursue a successful, satisfying and healthy life. 

With a career spanning over 15 years, Lucja offers her deep knowledge, experience and coordinated services to help her clients achieve a lifestyle that enhances their quality of living. Lucja has a unique energy and ability that allows her to connect with her clients intuitively on a deeper level.

The first session is usually 75 to 90 minutes with subsequent follow up sessions at 60- minutes. A session with Lucja is often very tangible and it is always advised to take some time in silence to relax, meditate or journal afterwards to process and fully integrate the benefits. 

Nutrition Guidance and Counselling

Lucja will help you identify where and how your current eating habits are contributing to your current levels of wellbeing, areas of concern, ailments or for those just wanting to improve energy levels and over-all wellbeing. Taking into consideration the mind and body connection whilst using a scientific approach Lucja will be able to identify the missing elements in your diet and how to integrate new habits, practices, and easy, sustainable daily actions that will improve your health and wellbeing to last a lifetime.

Medical Massage   

Lucja will tailor the time to understand your needs and areas of concern to fully customized this therapeutic treatment which is designed to encourage the energy (Qi) to flow throughout the body, to release chest, cranial and abdominal tension, to stimulate the lymphatic flow thus supporting the release of toxins. Lucja’s individual technique induces a deeper state of self-healing which is set in motion as the mind and then subsequently the body unwinds and releases to then open the pathway for self-healing to automatically follow and take place.

Intuitive Massage

These sessions are designed to work with any physical or emotional concerns. Integrating different healing modalities into the session. Lucja works on releasing emotional blocks that manifest as physical aches and pains, placing equal emphasis on the psychological, emotional, and physical ailments. After these sessions you will emerging lighter in both mind, body, and spirit. As these treatments are individualised and intuitively led, no subsequent treatments are the same, hence it is recommended to have follow up treatments to allow for deeper healing to take place during each subsequent session.

Sports Massage

Whilst sports massage is often used to help athletes and active sports people to perform at their best Lucja recognizes that it’s also beneficial for those who experience discomfort and tension in their bodies caused by everyday stresses. Hence a deep muscle massage with a focus to relieve deep seated tensions, using powerful techniques with elbows, forearms, and hands to stretch and release tissue knots, promote blood flow, and increase flexibility of the tendons. A perfect treatment for those who require a powerful and targeted treatment that focuses on specific muscles and joints.

Reflexology

Focusing on certain areas on the soles of the feet which contain millions of nerve endings that correspond to specific organs and body systems. These specific points stimulate the body to heal itself by improving circulation, reducing stress, pain and restoring balance to the nervous system, which controls almost every aspect of your health and is positively influenced by touch. Lucja will give feedback on any areas that have congestion and will work on these points to unblock any stagnant energy and bring the body back into balance.

Abdominal Massage

Beneficial for a wide variety of health concerns, related to the stomach and intestines, such as intestinal flow, digestion, bloating, constipation, and lower back pain.

Lucja’s technique includes aromatherapy, warm towels, and deep pressure designed to release any tension stored in the solar plexus which is a complex network of nerves that is in the abdomen. We store emotions in our abdominal cavity; hence this powerful and calming massage benefits the nervous system with gentle breathing techniques bringing awareness to the mind and body connection, encouraging the 'rest and digest' mode. With the added benefit of the choice of 15 minutes of reflexology or head massage during the hot stone application. 

Meditation

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress or develop spiritually, meditation promotes inner peace and quietens the mind, enabling us to focus on the present and respond to situations based on reality and not personal interpretation of events, which reduces negative emotions such as anxiety and worry.
