Trigger Point Therapy

A therapy that combines manual pressure on specific points with breathing techniques. This neuromuscular therapy is designed to speed up recovery from injury, correct muscular imbalances, and relieve pain. The aim is to reduce pain, rebalance the body and promote healing. Trigger points are hyperirritable spots located in a taut band of skeletal muscle.

Myofascial Release

A type of physical therapy used to treat myofascial pain syndrome, a chronic pain disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in myofascial tissues. These tissues surround and support the muscles throughout the body. Myofascial release is a very good approach to releasing pain and tension. This treatment combines massage and stretches.
