Wellness Consultant Sommai Phokamnerd from Thailand is a passionate holistic Therapist. He studied acupuncture in Malaysia and Tibetan singing bowls in Nepal. He is a yoga and qi gong instructor, as well as being an experienced therapist for many years.

Tok Sen means “take off energy line”. It is a technique to clear blocked energy. An ancient form of therapy using a special wooden instrument to tap away the negative energy and ease muscle tension. It uses mechanical and sound vibrations, working deeply to the fascia and muscles.
A combination of Chinese Fire Cupping and slimming massage technique, reduces apparent cellulites, tightens and tones muscles, breaks down fats and water toxins which are drained by the lymphatic system. This treatment starts with fire cupping along with hand slimming movements then completes with a gentle relaxing scalp massage.
Thai Meridians Massage is a type of Thai style massage that involves acupressure points, stretching and deep massage without using oil. You wear comfortable clothes that will allow movement. It is known in Thailand as “Nuad Phean Thai”. The practitioner works on your meridians (energy lines) which follow muscular or tendon lines, applying the pressure with varying intensity to release stiffness and tension, improve circulation and increase energy flow.
