A deposit of 50 percent of total reserved booking value is required at time of reservation, with the full balance due prior to arrival as detailed in the following table. Our reservations team may contact you for credit card authorization. Invalid credit card will result in automatic cancellation.

Cancellation will cause loss of deposit or full balance as per below details.

For guests aged 18 and over, local bed tax (Taxe de Sejour) of EUR 2.53 per person per night to be paid upon departure.

A security deposit of EUR 500 per bedroom for Two- and Three-Bedroom Apartments or EUR 5,000 for a Four-Bedroom Apartment is required at check-in.
