    • Voltage
      Local voltage of 220 - 240 AC. Adapters are available in all rooms, and transformers are available through Housekeeping

      Cancellation Policy
      We understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation of your reservation. The required notification varies per season:

      Peak Season
      Up to 60 days prior to arrival date: No charge
      59 days and less: 100% of stay

      High/Shoulder Season
      Up to 30 days prior to arrival date: No charge
      29 days and less: 100% of stay

      Low Season
      Up to 8 days prior to arrival date: No charge
      7 days and less: 100% of stay

      Minimum five nights stay required for booking falling over December 29 to 31 and no departures are allowed between December 30 to January 1

      IHG® Rewards Club not applicable at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, to be progressively included at a future date.

  • Family Plan

    • We welcome children six years old and younger with our compliments; children 12 years and older are charged at the adult supplement of USD 105 per night. These supplemental charges are based on the total Villa occupancy.

      Food and Beverages Services
      Children under 6 stay and eat for free on their parent's meal plan;
      Children in the ages, 6 - 11 enjoy half pricing on F&B

  • Arrivals And Departures

    • Early arrival
      We understand that your plans or flight timings may fall outside of our normal check-in policy. Should this happen, we recommend reserving your villa the night previous to your early flight arrival. One night villa charges will apply to secure the villa for late arrival or early check-in.

      Late departure
      We understand that your plans or flight timings may fall outside of our normal check-out policy. Should this happen, we recommend reserving your villa for an additional night in the case of late departures. If availability allows a late checkout, charges until 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the rate and charges after 18:00 hrs will be 100% of the rate.

      If you choose not to reserve an additional night, please feel free to enjoy the resort’s facilities while we store your belongings. Our spa will be available (up to 9 pm) for you to refresh prior to departure from the resort.

  • Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits

    • Depending on the dates of your reservation, a deposit by credit card is required to secure your guaranteed booking:

      Peak Season:
      100% of stay will be charged 60 days prior to arrival

      High / Shoulder Season:
      100% of stay will be charged 30 days prior to arrival

      Low Season:
      100% of stay will be charged 7 days prior to arrival
