Early arrival
We understand that your plans or flight timings may fall outside of our normal check-in policy. Should this happen, we recommend reserving your villa the night previous to your early flight arrival. One night villa charges will apply to secure the villa for late arrival or early check-in.Late departure
We understand that your plans or flight timings may fall outside of our normal check-out policy. Should this happen, we recommend reserving your villa for an additional night in the case of late departures. If availability allows a late checkout, charges until 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the rate and charges after 18:00 hrs will be 100% of the rate.If you choose not to reserve an additional night, please feel free to enjoy the resort’s facilities while we store your belongings. Our spa will be available (up to 9 pm) for you to refresh prior to departure from the resort.
