Chef Richard has over fifteen years experience of Luxury hotel’s, Resorts and Michelin stared restaurant kitchens. Graduating from the Birmingham College of Food, Richard has worked in the UK, Cyprus and was the opening Executive Chef for Six Senses Evason Ma’In in Jordan and the award winning Six Senses Con Dao Vietnam.
His passion is keeping food simple, fresh and local, whilst delivering exceptional quality. Richard loves to share his experience and knowledge of world cuisne and cooking styles.
