Richard Lee

Executive Chef

Chef Richard has over fifteen years experience of Luxury hotel’s, Resorts and Michelin stared restaurant kitchens.  Graduating from the Birmingham College of Food, Richard has worked in the UK, Cyprus and was the opening Executive Chef for Six Senses Evason Ma’In in Jordan and the award winning Six Senses Con Dao Vietnam. 

 

His passion is keeping food simple, fresh and local, whilst delivering exceptional quality. Richard loves to share his experience and knowledge of world cuisne and cooking styles.

Preeti Bomzon

Executive Sous Chef

Expert In Indian Cuisine, Preeti has worked at some of the most prestigous Hotels across India, and with some of the finest masterchefs from India and beyond. As a native of India her mother tongue is Hindi together with fluent English.

 

Preeti is your host at the very popular Chef's Table where she prepares a gourmet degustation dinner for a select handful of diners. She also conducts regular cooking classes.

 

Preeti enjoys the pleasure of fine dining.

Christopher Long

Michelin-starred Celebrity Chef

Chris has over 20 years of culinary experience working in high-end Michelin star hotels, restaurant and kitchens all over the world as well owning and running his own award winning restaurant The Nailers Arms in England.

 

Chris was the executive pastry chef of the Fischers Baslow which received one Michelin star during his time there in 1995.

 

Chris holds the Guinness world record status for the world’s largest chocolate truffle.
