Christopher Long

Executive Chef

Chris has over 20 years of culinary experience working in high-end Michelin star hotels, restaurant and kitchens all over the world as well owning and running his own award winning restaurant The Nailers Arms in England.

Chris was the executive pastry chef of the Fischers Baslow which received one Michelin star during his time there in 1995.

Chris holds the Guinness world record status for the world’s largest chocolate truffle.

Ariel Callanta

Sommelier

Ariel joins Six Senses Con Dao with more than 20 years of hospitality experience. He started his career with Shangri-La Hotel, Manila, Philippines  before traveling with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Holland America Cruise Line and from 2013 to 2015 with Zematt Wines and Champagne as Managing Director.

He has a wide amount of experience in all wine varietals and aims to make his wine tastings and pairings both fun and informative.

Le Si Hoang "Harry"

Bartender

Introducing one of Vietnam's most spectacular and talented bartenders, Harry! Part of a small team from Danang awarded in 2012 as "Best Asian Beach Bar" and former head bartender of Buffalo Bar at La Maison 1888, the first three Michelin starred restaurant in Asia, Harry now leads the mixology team at Six Senses Con Dao.

His enchanting cocktail creations will ensure you're the reason Elephant bar is open until the last guest leaves.
