Bar Manager

Introducing one of Vietnam’s most kind and talented bartenders, Ms. Hue! She started her career with Six Senses in 2011. Ms. Hue now leads the mixology team at Six Senses Con Dao, and keeps learning every day to be an expert in this field.

Her enchanting cocktail creations, e.g. Island Paradise will ensure you are the reason Elephant Bar is open until the last guests leaves!

NGUYEN THI NO

Vietnamese Junior Sous-Chef

Ms. No has over 10 years of culinary experience and 5 years with Six Senses Con Dao. Six Senses always focus on Wellness and Ms. No is proud that Vietnamese food is not only delicious, but also is cited as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world with very simple ingredients but complex in flavor. Why don’t you join in her team’s cooking class to explore more about authentic Vietnamese cuisine?

As a Vietnamese Chef, she has a great understanding of the origin of many traditional dishes while always on the lookout for new ideas.

DOAN MINH TUAN DUY – “Thomas”

Food & Beverage Team

Having been inspired by his parents’ passion for hospitality, Thomas studied at HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute in Switzerland. During this time, he was awarded Food and Beverage Service Champions, Sörenberg Concept Business Game and HOTS – Hotel Operation, Tactics and Strategy Competition.

Thomas joined Six Senses Con Dao and enjoys meeting guests from different cultures. His wine tasting events are fun, informative and not to be missed.
