Muhammed Hançabay has spent over a decade in the restaurant industry, gaining international training and experience alongside top talent at luxury properties throughout the world. From The Four Seasons Hotel in London and Bosphorus in Istanbul, to The Westin Mission Hills Resort & Hotel in California and most recently opening The Grand Tarabya in Istanbul, Muhammed took his diverse experience and skillset to creating a world-class kitchen and destination. Now he leads the resort's culinary team in Six Senses Kaplankaya. Chef Muhammed oversees all dining operations of the resort and he will also be ensuring the high quality of the ingredients sourced from the organic garden and Kaplankaya's surrounding areas. Perfection is his passion!
