Dining by the Pool presents light, casual dining throughout the day with a selection of cocktails and mocktails. Sit back and dream away and enjoy the great view over the beach and amazing Nha Tang Bay. Order a snack from our Asian & Western menu.

Drinks by the Bay

Evening Bar

The perfect place to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or after dinner drinks. Furnished with comfortable daybeds and bar stools, the bar remains open each evening until the last guest departs.

Dinner in the Wine Cave

Romantic Dinner

The Cave is an authentic hillside rock cavern; a unique setting for a very intimate dinner, as the ambient lighting and the cosy atmosphere set the tone for that special occasion.

Alex Oddy

Executive Chef

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Alex Oddy has spent extensive period of time working in various places in Europe and Southeast Asia. His time working for some of Australia's leading chefs has instilled in him the concept of preparing ingredients simply and honestly. Alex offers not just his culinary expertise, but also contributes to the Six Senses’ values of pioneering wellness, local sensitivity and global sensibility as well as philosophy of sustainability.

Clement Cerda

Director of Food and Beverage

Clement holds an international hospitality management and tourism degree and is an experienced hotel professional with an extensive background in food and beverage. After completing his studies he moved to South East Asia and progressed his career by holding various food and beverage positions in Laos, Thailand and French Polynesia. Clement speaks French, English, Spanish and Thai. He is very focused on guest service and is always looking for innovative waysin which to enhance guest experiences.
