An intimate natural setting overlooking picturesque Ninh Van Bay. A dining performance that showcases local produce, top quality meat and seafood for dishes at the culinary forefront. 

Dining by the Pool

Lunch Dining

Serving Vietnamese and Western dishes, the lower floor overlooks the main pool, while the top floor provides uninterrupted 360° views. Open for lunch and seasonal themed buffet dinners.

Drinks by the Bay

Evening Bar

The perfect place to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or after dinner drinks. Furnished with comfortable daybeds and bar stools, the bar remains open each evening until the last guest departs.

Dinner in the Wine Cave

Romantic Dinner

The Cave is an authentic hillside rock cavern; a unique setting for a very intimate dinner, as the ambient lighting and the cosy atmosphere set the tone for that special occasion.

Moreno Casaccia

Executive Chef

Moreno Casaccia joined Six Senses Ninh Van Bay as executive chef in November 2014, coming from Four Seasons Canary Wharf, London, where he had worked since 2005.

Moreno's initial culinary roles were throughout Italy and France, then on to Michelin-starred kitchens such as Taillevent in Paris. A native Italian he is also fluent in French and English.

Moreno is enjoying his new role is Asia. His farm-to-fork experience translates perfectly to the resort, having quickly found the extensive on-site organic and screened gardens!

Haykel Cheour

Pastry Chef

Commencing his professional career as an accountant in his native Tunisia, Haykel found his sweeter side at Patisserie Dolce Mio in 2011, at which time he also earned his Certificate in Pastry and Cake Making. This was followed by a Diploma in Patisserie from City & Guilds UK in 2013, after which he was recruited by Avista Resort & Spa in Phuket, Thailand.

In 2014 he joined Six Senses Ninh Van Bay. Haykel is fluent in English, French and Arabic. He revels in playing with chocolate and found the challenge of working with butter in the tropics to be his favorite hurdle, so far! He also likes to travel whenever possible.

Vladimir Domin

Food and Beverage Manager

An experienced hotel professional with an extensive background in food and beverage, Vladimir studied at the Hotel Academy in Piestany, Bratislava, Slovakia. He then moved to the UK where he held several positions in London and Henley on Thames before returning to Slovakia to join Kempinski Hotel River Park in 2010. This was followed by a move to Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz Gozo in 2012 and then to Six Senses Ninh Van Bay and Food & Beverage Manager in 2014.

Vladimir is very focused on guest service and always looking for innovative ways to enhance experiences.
