Perched atop the resort, this private villa is our most exclusive dining venue with its stunning pool overlooking spectacular Phang Nga Bay. Open for light lunches and Thai dinner menus.

It's here that our special cocktails and beverages match the music. Sit back on suspended day beds and dream away. Order a snack from our Asian & Western tapas menu.

For true romantics, the villa butler will arrange a champagne breakfast, a private picnic or an evening barbecue beneath the stars, with a personal chef and dedicated waiter.

Anthony Reynolds

Executive Chef

On the completion of his training at Melbourne's Two Faces, he joined the U.K.’s first 3-Star Michelin restaurant, Albert Roux’s “Le Gavroche”. Anthony spent 5 years with the Roux Brothers and worked in all their establishments in the U.K. and France, before returning to Australia. Anthony has worked in several other countries, including India, Indonesia, U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, U.S.A., Barbados and Bermuda. His time spent in Myanmar was formative in cementing his love for the exciting foods of South East Asia where he now calls home.

John Sun Beck

Chef de Cusine

John Sun Beck is at The Dining Room, the resort's European Organic restaurant. He previously worked at Spago in Beverly Hills and Gordon Ramsay at The London Hotel West Hollywood, and most recently with Bellagio and Kokomos at The Mirage in Las Vegas. He is innovative, with a broad range of expertise, using fresh and local ingredients; Simple and honest food presented in a creative way. He is an Alchemist on the gourmet front, with the capability to convert a simple dish into a memorable mouthwatering food experience.

Harshal Shah

Sommelier

Searching the world for new wines, Harshal always has the urge to give these experiences on to our guests.  His tailor-made wine list has a big focus on freshness, uniqueness and accessibility; there's something for everyone who enjoys distinctive and classic styles that they may not have come across previously. For example, incredible reds from the Douro Valley in Portugal and an amazing selection of Rieslings (perfect with Thai cuisine) from around the world. The list is short, tight and focused with, prices encouraging everyone to try the wines.
