Chef Conny Andersson has an illustrious career steeped in experience. Prior to joining Six Senses Yao Noi he spent five years in China, Vietnam and Malaysia and in the renowned kitchens of the MGM Grand and The Datai. Prior to this he worked in Barbados and California. Following his relocation from his native Gothenburg Sweden to L’Orangerie in Los Angeles he joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The following 18 years he spent in Nevis, West Indies; Bali, Indonesia; Cairo, Egypt and the famed Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, California. He co-authored a book with actor Morgan Freeman and cooked on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
