It's here that our special cocktails and beverages match the music. Sit back on suspended day beds and dream away. Order a snack from our Asian & Western tapas menu.

Anthony Reynolds

Executive Chef

On the completion of his training at Melbourne's Two Faces, he joined the U.K.’s first 3-Star Michelin restaurant, Albert Roux’s “Le Gavroche”. Anthony spent 5 years with the Roux Brothers and worked in all their establishments in the U.K. and France, before returning to Australia. Anthony has worked in several other countries, including India, Indonesia, U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, U.S.A., Barbados and Bermuda. His time spent in Myanmar was formative in cementing his love for the exciting foods of South East Asia where he now calls home.

Jim Driskell

Chef de Cuisine

Jim Driskell is Senior Chef de Cuisine of “The Dining Room”. His passion for all things organic has been inspired by some of the legends in organic food of the USA with whom Jim has worked. He also had a spell in Japan as well as in a sushi restaurant in Washington D.C. His broad and unique range of experiences brings to our Organic European cuisine restaurant “The Dining Room” an elevated commitment and sincerity to our philosophy of organic sustainable local farm to table cuisine.

Khun Bo & Dylan Jones

Visiting Chefs

Renowned young innovative husband and wife cooking duo Duangporn Songvisava known as - Khun Bo - and Dylan Jones return to Six Senses Yao Noi on October 18 and 19, 2014 for two mouthwatering gourmet events. Thai born Khun Bo and Australian Dylan Jones, opened their Thai restaurant Bo.lan in Bangkok several years ago in the belief that the best Thai restaurants in the world should be found in Thailand. Their restaurant has now firmly established itself as a ‘must dine’ experience in the city.
