For the season of romance, Nine Tails presents two signature cocktails centered on the themes of quiet resonance and lighthearted elevation.
Valentine’s Velvet (pictured right)
A smooth, enveloping creation layering espresso and Japanese coffee liqueur with a cloud of fresh cream. Its gentle sweetness and velvety texture bring a sense of calm, grounded warmth to a winter’s evening.
Cupid Fizz (pictured left)
A spirited, refreshing fizz that marries the vibrant acidity of Japanese lemon and berries with the clear, botanical heart of Roku Gin. Topped with a delicate effervescence of Champagne and soda, and garnished with thyme harvested from our herb garden, it uplifts the spirit from the very first sip.
