Guided by the subtle shifts of the 24 micro-seasons in Japan, the Koyomi Afternoon Tea evolves every two weeks. From the deep chill of Daikan to the first stirrings of Keichitsu, this two-month journey places the strawberry center stage.
Our opening menu for Daikan presents a curated collection of strawberry-focused sweets from pistachio mousse and delicate macarons to traditional ichigo daifuku. The theme extends to our savory selections, where strawberries are thoughtfully paired with early spring greens like nanohana rapeseed blossom and creamy ricotta. These varied expressions invite guests to savor the fruit at its seasonal peak, capturing the delicate transition from winter to spring.
In keeping with our holistic approach to wellness, the entire menu is gluten-free.
