At Sekki, our seasonal dining destination inspired by Japan’s 24 solar terms, we honor the subtle shifts of nature through dishes that reflect what the body naturally craves at each time of year.
On December 24 and 25, a special Christmas Dinner Menu embraces the traditional hues of red and green, featuring seasonal Japanese ingredients such as kinmedai (golden eye snapper), kumoko (cod milt), and snow crab, artfully prepared in a Christmas-inspired presentation.
The main course showcases Omi beef fillet, marinated in sake lees made from Kyoto sake, delivering a deep, fermented flavor complemented by a wellness-inspired Madeira sauce unique to Six Senses.
