Available for one month only, our Sakura Afternoon Tea celebrates the beauty of Japanese springtime, inspired by the micro-seasons of Shunbun and Seimei. The menu features seasonal sweets such as sakura mochi and wagashi, alongside savory creations including sakura chirashi sushi and sakura tsukune sandwiches.
Fluffy yet moist rice-flour scones are served in white miso and matcha white chocolate varieties, accompanied by house-made amazake cream and strawberry-sakura jam. Traditional fermentation techniques add depth of flavor and a gentle sweetness.
Guided by our Eat With Six Senses philosophy, all dishes are gluten-free and thoughtfully crafted to nourish from the inside out.
