Tailored to your individual needs and goals, it allows you to select from a range of private sessions, including mindful yoga, energizing fitness, calming meditation, focus-enhancing breathwork, and personal training.
Drawing on Six Senses’ pioneering expertise in wellness within the hospitality industry, this innovative program offers our signature integrated approach to wellbeing not only for in-house guests, but also to non-resident visitors.
With each session, guests are invited to enjoy access to our bathing facilities (hot bath, dry sauna, steam sauna, and cold plunge), swimming pool, and fitness center for up to four hours.
