From June 17 to 27, join us at NOTOS Rooftop for our first pop-up restaurant in collaboration with Six Senses Kyoto. Savor a special menu co-created with Executive Chef Hiroki Shishikura, featuring traditional Japanese dishes inspired by Sekki, which follows the culinary philosophy of 24 micro-seasons to make natural, local, and sustainable ingredients the hero of each dish.
