This three-hour gin making masterclass takes place at London's 58 and CO, where you’ll create your own bespoke gin from start to finish. Guided by founder Carmen O’Neal, choose botanicals, share a copper still, and learn the craft of distilling, with cocktails and charcuterie to sample along the way. You’ll leave with a 700 milliliter bottle of your personal gin, made in a distillery known for its independent spirit and sustainable approach.
