A dining experience where Japanese technique meets Seychellois soul

KRI is all about omakase, which loosely translates to 'trust the chef' and trust us, you will want to. Each night, guests are treated to a chef s choice menu that is part performance, part poetry, and all delicious. From flash-blanched squid with lemon zest to spiny lobster brushed with citrus chili paste, the dishes are crafted to surprise, delight, and occasionally challenge your chopstick skills.
