What you eat acts to nourish, heal, or harm. That’s why Anaya presents dishes according to your body type and wellness objectives, bringing together Indian recipes into three different palettes, one for each of the three Ayurveda doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. These broadly signify wind, fire and water.
If you have had an opportunity to consult our vaidya on your dosha, then you could choose the palette best suited to you. Alternatively, you may choose the palette that seems most appetizing. In India, we believe that food is a gift, and eating it a reverent experience. We hope your experience at Anaya nourishes all senses and lifts your spirit.

Lunch: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
