Food at Salana is equally delicious and nutritious. Portions are judicious with low levels of oil and salt. Refined grains, oils and sugars are not used and we stay away from processed food and chillies.
Nutritional values and other information are displayed on the menu and we're happy to include or exclude a particular ingredient. Our team is informed of your dietary preferences and restrictions and, unless you're on a specific program, you're free to make your own choices and order more than one portion.
As part of our on-going effort to create our own food network, we work with several local farmers and suppliers to source pulses, milk, tofu, cheese, vegetables, and mushrooms. Soya products used in our kitchens are made from certified organic soya grown in Uttarakhand. We also grow as many of our own varieties of vegetables, salads, and herbs as we can.
