Our experts will incorporate your current state of mind and body and your goals for your stay into a plan of treatments, activities, experiences, and meals that are based on your body type to nourish you inside and out.

Please don’t worry if you don’t have a particular wellness aim or intention. Just come as you are and your schedule can be custom-made for you following an in-depth consultation with our doctors. Our core wellness offering is based on Ayurveda, Yoga, Tibetan Medicine, and Natural Healing Therapies, each supporting your individual uniqueness. Six Senses Vana Wellness Retreat

Group activities

Each day includes four yoga classes (Pratah, Madhyan, Nidra, Sandhya), at least one form of meditation (some seated, some walking), Raag therapy (a different theme each day), fitness sessions (aqua, body balance, weights, circuits), chanting, and music offerings. The week also includes our Alchemy Bar, cuisine lessons, nature treks, fitness sessions, and excursions. You will find your own pace, leaving time for reflection and spending time with others and alone.

Private treatments

Ayurveda Healing is offered alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tibetan Sowa Rigpa. The four-handed Abhyanga massage blends fragrant Ayurvedic oils with artful knot kneading. The Ku Nye masseuse presses hot pods into your energy channels while chanting Sanskrit mantras. Raag therapy induces healing via time spent with a flutist. Hor Gyi Metsa works on white channels and nerve pathways. The Subtle Energies facial helps your inner beauty radiate outwards. All our powerful add-on treatments are performed by magical hands and work seamlessly to elevate your healing journey.

Six Senses Vana Dining

At Six Senses Vana, we mark the seasons, auspicious days, phases of the moon, festivals, and important days of prayer and revere them through music, prayer, cuisine, and creative expression. It is our way of paying homage to wisdom, our traditions, nature, and those beings who have contributed to our lives in a profound way. Our retreat has daily quiet hours, conducts various Pujas throughout the month, and makes daily music offerings to honor our gurus and deities – everyone is welcome but not required to join in.
