Yuantong Ancient Town
There are some ancient towns, will be slowly away from people's memory, from the busily passed history.
Yuantong ancient town can be traced back to Jin dynasty (AD.413), as here is on the rivers’ crossroads, where commerce burgeoned. Later in Qing dynasty, it gained the name “Yuantong”, implies commerce goes in a smooth boom. "Ten thousands of acres of good farmland, thousands of lightening houses at night" was the glorified words to the town for a time, and still, there are several provincial guild hall’s sites remained, once for traders out-of-town.
Today, there is no traders rowing any more. But an independent ambiance instead. Youhua, Corn Leaf Wrapped Cake; Handy Fluffing Cotton, Well Water Making Tea. These old things are kept just right by time, right after the life get eased, right before being commercialized.
