    • Cancellation Policy:

      We understand that travel plans may change. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, the following cancellation terms apply according to the season of your stay. To secure your reservation, a valid credit card or the applicable deposit is required.  

      Low Season 
      Enjoy greater flexibility during our quieter months. 
      - A valid credit card or the required deposit is needed to confirm your reservation
      - Complimentary cancellation is available up to seven days before your scheduled arrival
      - Cancellations received within six days of arrival, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge equal to 100 percent of the reserved stay

      High Season 
      As demand is higher during this period, the following terms apply: 
      - A valid credit card or the required deposit is required to secure your reservation
      - Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival are free of charge
      - Cancellations received within 13 days of arrival, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge equal to 100 percent of the reserved stay

      Peak Season 
      During our most sought-after season, special booking conditions apply: 
      - Full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival to guarantee your reservation
      - Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival will not incur any penalty
      - Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of 80 percent of the total reservation value

      A Gentle Reminder 
      Any cancellation or modification request becomes effective only after you receive written confirmation from our Reservations Team via return email. We recommend waiting for this confirmation before making any further travel arrangements.

      • Sky Suite, Sky Pool Suite and One Bedroom Villa can accommodate two adults plus one child under 12 years and one child under five years
      • Sky Penthouse with Pool and Two Bedroom Villa can accommodate four adults plus four children under 12 years
      • Three Bedroom Villa can accommodate six adults plus six children under 12 years
      • The Retreat Villa, The Presidential Villa, and The Horizon Villa can accommodate eight adults plus eight children under 12 years

      Food and Beverage Services:

      • Children aged five and under eat for free when ordering from the Children's Menu at restaurants only, not applicable for in-villa dining
      • Children from 6 to 11 eat at full price from the children's menu and 50 percent discount when ordering from the regular menu (half portion) and buffet

    • Our standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should you wish to linger a little longer, late check-out until 6:00 pm may be arranged at 50 percent of the nightly villa rate, subject to availability. For departures after 6:00 pm, an additional night’s accommodation will be required at the full nightly villa rate. 

      Should you prefer not to extend your villa, you are welcome to continue enjoying the resort facilities after check-out while we safely store your luggage. A day-use facility may also be arranged, subject to availability. 

    • To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card guarantee or bank transfer is required. Depending on your selected rate and travel season, full or partial prepayment may apply. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the applicable payment and cancellation terms, or contact our Reservations Team for further assistance.

      If you choose to settle your balance by credit card, you will receive a proforma invoice with a secure online payment link. For payments by bank transfer, a proforma invoice with banking details and any applicable bank charges will be provided.
