With its origins as an ancient battlefield tactic of the Siamese Army, Muay Thai Boxing is the national sport of Thailand and a revered martial art. We are proud to have our own championship-style Muay Thai boxing ring located near the Water Sports beach overlooking the iconic limestone formations of Phang Nga Bay.
With regular practice, this highly aerobic training will boost agility, speed, cardiovascular health and physical strength. Our expert-trained hosts lead engaging sessions for all levels, from children to experienced martial artists.
