NOTOS Rooftop Bar shares the rooftop with the restaurant but has its own bar, menu and hours. Italian aperitivo runs through the afternoon, followed by cocktails built around herbs grown in the planters beside you, with light bites served throughout. As evening settles in, live music sessions and DJ sets bring a different energy to the terrace through the season. Walk-ins are welcome alongside reservations, whether or not you are staying with us.
