ATMA BODHA “The Rhythm of Self”

Over five days, the Atma Bodha Retreat invites you to awaken self-knowledge through body, breath, and awareness, gently guiding you back to your natural rhythm and inner wisdom. Each day weaves together movement, stillness, and reflection, creating space for both release and renewal.

The program offers a balanced flow of yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, workshops, nature-based immersions, and moments of rest. Designed to meet you where you are, the retreat emphasizes personal exploration and authentic connection rather than striving or performance.

Guided by yoga teacher Yesim Yuva and body psychologist Boniface Verney-Carron, the experience is supported by their combined expertise in body–mind integration. Between sessions, you’re invited to rest, swim, and immerse in serene surroundings.

Yesim Yuva

Yesim Yuva

Yesim Yuva is a London-based yoga teacher, somatic therapist, and retreat leader with over a decade of experience guiding wellness retreats worldwide. Known for her intuitive, heart-led approach, she integrates somatic therapy to support emotional release and nervous-system regulation. Fluent in English and German, and a native Turkish speaker, she brings cultural depth to each retreat.

Boniface Verney-Carron is a London-based osteopath and body psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience blending osteopathy, somatic practices, breathwork, movement, and nature-based methods to support long-term well-being and mind-body integration.
