Our daily crafted a la carte dinner menu includes wine pairing options. Creativity, experimentation, and emotion infuse for a deeper story behind the cuisine, to engage all of your senses.

Executive Chef David Biton

Chef David Biton brings a refined approach to modern Israeli cuisine, incorporating local tradition and his global experience. As Executive Chef of Six Senses Shaharut, he leads the resort’s culinary program with creativity, precision, and deep respect for the land.

A native of Jerusalem, Chef David’s career includes time at Copenhagen’s Noma and a celebrated tenure at the historic King David Hotel. In 2018, he was named “Chef of the Year” by Gault & Millau Israel for his innovation and excellence.

At Six Senses Shaharut, his menus highlight vibrant regional flavors and the resort’s commitment to sustainability. Working closely with local farmers and using fresh, seasonal ingredients, many from the resort’s organic gardens, he creates dishes that reflect the spirit of the Negev.

From starlit dinners at Midian to poolside dining, enjoy Israeli cuisine in memorable ways. Chef David also mentors young talent, fostering a kitchen culture of curiosity and care.
