• Guest Services

  • Breakfast
    Breakfast is served every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

    Accommodation solutions
    Accessible and connecting suites are available. Connecting suites can accommodate up to eight guests. 

    Extra beds 
    In all suites, there is one day bed available to accommodate a third guest or a child.
    Additional beds are subject to availability and the charge will be included in the additional guest daily rate. 
    Baby cots are available on request, subject to availability.

• Important Information For Guests

  • Service charge information
    Room rates are subject to 10 percent service charge.

    Taxes information
    All rates are subject to 5 percent Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE government regulations. VAT is applied to accommodation, dining, wellness services, and other applicable charges and will be reflected on the final bill at check-out.

    Tourism Dirham fee
    A mandatory Tourism Dirham Fee per night applies and is payable upon check-in, in line with Dubai tourism regulations. This is charged at AED 20 per bedroom per night.

    Dubai Municipality fee
    A Dubai Municipality Fee of 7 percent applies to the accommodation rate and is charged in addition to the room rate. This fee is payable at the hotel upon check-out, in line with Dubai government regulations.

• Family Plan

  • Children aged up to 12 years may stay on a complimentary basis in their parents’ suite when sharing existing bedding, a day bed, or a rollaway bed, subject to availability. Breakfast for children between 7 to 12 years is charged at 50 percent of the adult breakfast rate.
    Selections from the children’s menu are charged at 100 percent, while selections from the regular menu are charged at 50 percent.
    Children aged 12 years and above are charged at adult rates.

    Wellness and spa access
    Access to the Six Senses Spa wet facilities, including the sauna, steam, hammam, and hydro facilities, is reserved for guests aged 16 years and above, in line with wellness, safety, and privacy guidelines. 
    Guests under 16 may access the indoor pool only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Family-friendly wellness experiences are available for younger guests outside the spa wet areas.

• Arrivals And Departures

  • Early arrival
    Rooms check-in time is from 3:00 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, it is recommended to reserve and pay for the suite from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate suite availability for the best possible arrival experience. If you choose not to reserve an additional night for early arrival, please feel free to enjoy the hotel’s facilities while we store your belongings.

    Late departure
    Check-out time is by 12:00 noon beyond this time late check-out charge may be applied.

• Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits

  • Reservations are to be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer. Full payment is required depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. No refund can be made within those days prior to arrival. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy or feel free to contact our reservations team directly.
