Serving food all day long, this social hub features an open kitchen where our skilled chefs entertain diners while creating mouthwatering recipes using locally sourced products. From farm-raised, grass-fed meats to organic eggs, line-caught fish, and fresh veggies, we use the best ingredients the city and the surrounding small farming communities have to offer. Seasonality is critical, so expect fruits and vegetables at their peak flavor. The open kitchen fetaures a Josper grill for fish, meat and vegetables, as well as a wood-fire oven for pizzas. Within the BIVIUM Restaurant-Café-Bar area, enjoy our deli corners including a specialty coffee from Aroma bar, fresh produce and raw food from Sapore, and the best homemade gelato and sweet treats from Delizie, while relaxing on the low lounge-style chairs or at communal gathering tables. The casual chic al fresco inner courtyard has a convivial and leisurely atmosphere to enjoy breakfast, a business lunch or pull up a chair to chat over drinks at the beautiful Verde Alpi marble bar. When the days are long and the night is young, anything is possible.

The menu will be half plant-based while also including a selection of our Sicilian Executive Chef Nadia’s home favorites – think of lemon gardens by the Etna volcano and the Mediterranean sea: “Nature is the Mother of all forms of art. We must respect and celebrate her with small gestures.”
