Every stay at Six Senses Vana in India includes full-board accommodation and personalized nutrition, a wellness screening and consultations, a daily health retreat program with private treatments, access to group activities, and attire to wear (including accessories).
You may come with an intention. An intention is a seed that, when nourished, guides you through life, helps you make important decisions, and reminds you of what is most important to you. There is no one common objective that guests come to achieve, representing the diversity of our Vanavasis’ cultures, perspectives, ways of life, genders, and age groups. Your retreat will also differ depending on your length of stay, how deep you wish to go, and the level of independence or support you feel you need. Longer retreats such as our Ayurveda Panchakarma bring deeper transformation.
Based on your arrival consultation and wellness screening, our doctors will plan additional treatments from leading Ayurveda, Yoga, Tibetan Medicine, and Natural Healing Therapies practitioners during your stay.
Our more intention-based wellness programs require a minimum duration of the retreat. These include Sleep, Detox, and Yoga for five nights, Weight Management and Ayurveda for 14 nights, and Ayurveda Panchakarma for 21 nights.
