Gaining knowledge from this role, and with training from world class chefs including Shane Watson and Brick Chrysler, Prasad moved to the role of executive chef at Nanuku Auberge resort. Born on Malolo island in Solevu Village, he is from the Vunavika clan - one of the three main clans in the Mamanuca archipelago. Filimoni brings his passion and knowledge to the RaRa kitchen, while using his island connections to have local fishers bring their delicious catch to the resort.  Drau began his career as a kitchen hand at the same local resort as Ihaka and Pranil, working his way up the ranks to become Peri’s junior sous chef in 2015. From here Filimoni collaborated with Ihaka and Pranil to complete the trio for Six Senses Fiji.
