A practice of all Six Senses resorts is the production of drinking water for guests and hosts and comes in sparkling and still variations. This minimizes the carbon footprint that results from the packaging and transport of water. At Earth Lab, Six Senses Krabey Island tends a half-hectare organic market farm in which fresh produce is grown for kitchen ingredients, thus encouraging a farm-to-table practice. The resort’s hosts also tend small herb gardens which are blended into the island's natural vegetation and landscape.
Six Senses Krabey Island is committed to assist in tropical marine conservation by coral propagation and sea-plant growth in the warm waters off the island. The aim is to support the endangered marine ecosystem of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
