Family Plan
- All villas can accommodate four adults plus two children under 12 years and suites can accommodate two adults plus one child under 12 years. The daybed turns into a sleeping bed, and if an extra bed is required we charge CNY550 inclusive of one breakfast.
  
  A complimentary baby crib is available with advance notice; we do not offer a crib bumper service.
  
  Food and Beverage Services
  - Complimentary food for children aged 5 years and below
  - 50 percent off the regular menu and full charge for the children’s menu for children aged between 6 and 11 years
  - Full charge on our regular menu for children aged 12 years and above
Arrivals And Departures
- Early arrival
  Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.
  
  Late departure
  Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50 percent of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied.
Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or bank transfer. Full or partial payment may be required depening on the season or the rate booked. Our reservation team may be in touch to arrange your payment and we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the credit card is invalid.
