Sanctum is a global movement devoted to embodiment and collective healing. Through music-driven movement, breathwork, ritual, and conscious gathering, it creates space for physical expression, emotional depth, and meaningful human connection.
At the fort, Sanctum’s practices guide you through movement and meditation, nature immersion, artisan experiences, and communal Ayurvedic-inspired meals. Sacred ceremonies, including a Puja blessing and closing ritual, ground the journey to support restoration, balance, and deep connection.
