Important Information For Guests
- Pre-Arrival Requirements into the Maldives
  In accordance to health requirements all travelers travelling to Maldives are required to submit an Online Self-Declarative Health Declaration within 96 hours prior to departure to the Maldives. To complete the question "In which island will you be staying?", kindly select Six Senses Kanuhura from the dropdown menu.
  
  Voltage
  Local voltage is 220 to 240 volts AC. Adapters are available in all rooms, and transformers are available through Housekeeping.
  
  Check in - From 2:00 pm
  Check out - By 12:00 noon
  The times are flexible in regards to the availability at the Resort and flight times.
  - Cancellation Policy
    - High Season
      
      - No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation or amendment is made more than 30 days before arrival day.
      - Cancellations or amendments made within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the total booking value.
      - In the event of no show, late arrival or earlier departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee.
    - Low Season
      
      - No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation or amendment is made more than 14 days before arrival day.
      - Cancellations or amendments made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the total booking value.
      - In the event of no show, late arrival or earlier departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee.
    - Shoulder Seasons
      
      - No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation or amendment is made more than 21 days before arrival day.
      - Cancellations or amendments made within 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the total booking value.
      - In the event of no show, late arrival or earlier departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee.
    - Peak Seasons
      
      - No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation or amendment is made more than 90 days before arrival day.
      - Cancellations or amendments made within 90 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the total booking value.
      - In the event of no show, late arrival or earlier departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee.

Family Plan
- Family vacations are precious so we offer flexible accommodation options for families with children to make traveling with tots a breeze. Many of our villas accommodate two adults plus two children (under 12 years), while others accommodate two adults and one child. Our accommodations also include multi-bedroom options that sleep up to six adults and three children. In selected one-bedroom guest rooms, the day bed can be turned into a sleeping bed, or an extra rollaway bed can be provided to sleep two adults plus one child. Children over 12 years require an adult accommodation booking. We recommend families with younger children choose our beachside villas.
  
  Food and Beverage Menus for children:
  - Children aged 5 years and below eat for free from the children's menu
  - Children aged 6 to 11 years eat from our adult menus with a 50 percent discount
  - Children aged 12 or above eat from the adult menus. If your child turns 12 during your vacation, we honor our 6 to 11 year old dining plan
Arrivals And Departures
- Early arrival
  Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.
  
  Late departure
  Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50 percent of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied.

- Reservations are to be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer. Full or partial payment may be required depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy or feel free to contact our reservations team directly.
