Our palazzo holds three places to eat and drink, each with its own rhythm. On the ground floor, BIVIUM Restaurant-Café-Bar runs from breakfast through dinner, with a bar, an inner courtyard and deli corners. Up on the roof, NOTOS Rooftop Restaurant serves Chef Fabio Sangiovanni's Mediterranean cooking at dinner, above the domes of the centro storico, while NOTOS Rooftop Bar pours cocktails and Italian aperitivo through the afternoon and into the evening. All three welcome visitors as well as hotel guests.
