Born in England, home to some of the most famous team games such as football, rugby, and cricket, Luis has loved sports and fitness since childhood. He has 15 years of experience as an internationally certified personal trainer, wellness practitioner and outdoor activity specialist.
Luis has a master's in physical education and sports. He continues to focus on lifelong learning as he works towards enhancing the well-being of our guests by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, guidance, and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a happy and healthy life. His understanding of nutrition has proven a very helpful add-on to his expertise in wellness and health.
Rai integrates traditional yoga teachings with a science-informed approach to her practice and teaching. She is certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals, and has trained with experienced senior teachers, including Sri Surinder Singh Ji in Rishikesh.
Rai teaches Hatha Yoga, combining asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation, while honoring the foundations of yoga. Each class invites students to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and cultivate a sense of harmony between mind and body.
