Five-day Ayurveda Retreat

This five-day retreat explores Ayurveda and how its ancient principles can be applied meaningfully in modern life. Through one-to-one consultations with Dr. Ranjan Kapoor, educational talks, personalized Ayurvedic treatments, and lifestyle practices, you will gain a deeper understanding of your individual constitution, current imbalances, and the simple changes that can support your energy, digestion, sleep, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Complementing the Ayurvedic journey, Dorelal Singh, Head Yogi for Six Senses, will guide you through traditional yogic practices, including cleansing techniques, breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation. Each practice is thoughtfully integrated to support the principles of Ayurveda and deepen your experience.

Bringing together Ayurvedic wisdom, yoga, therapeutic treatments, and modern wellness approaches, the retreat offers a practical and personalized approach to healthier living. Rooms with terraces have steps down to a cozy outdoor seating area, with views to a pebbled terrace, vineyards, or courtyard.

Dr. Ranjan Kapoor

Dr. Ranjan Kapoor is an internationally certified Ayurvedic doctor with more than 15 years of experience in integrated wellness, holistic therapies and spa practices. Qualified in Ayurvedic Medicine in Punjab, India, he has held several senior roles within Six Senses and currently serves as Regional Corporate Director of Spa & Wellness for Asia, the Middle East and Türkiye. His approach combines traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary wellness, translating its principles into practical guidance for modern life.

Dorelal Singh Thakur

Dorelal Singh Thakur

Dorelal Singh Thakur is a yogic wellness practitioner with international experience in Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, sound healing, yogic cleansing and Vedic astrology. Drawing on decades of experience and a postgraduate qualification in Applied Yoga Science, he creates individual and group practices that support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. His approach combines traditional yogic knowledge with practical guidance, helping guests explore the connection between movement, breath, awareness and everyday life.
