Located in the main manor house, these oversized rooms blend contemporary décor with the natural style of Six Senses Douro Valley, echoing a past era. Some offer a reading and sitting area, and all include a spacious bathroom. Rooms face either the valley or floor-to-ceiling windows over woodland, with easy elevator access. Dr. Ranjan Kapoor is an internationally certified Ayurvedic doctor with more than 15 years of experience in integrated wellness, holistic therapies and spa practices. Qualified in Ayurvedic Medicine in Punjab, India, he has held several senior roles within Six Senses and currently serves as Regional Corporate Director of Spa & Wellness for Asia, the Middle East and Türkiye. His approach combines traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary wellness, translating its principles into practical guidance for modern life.

Dorelal Singh Thakur is a yogic wellness practitioner with international experience in Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, sound healing, yogic cleansing and Vedic astrology. Drawing on decades of experience and a postgraduate qualification in Applied Yoga Science, he creates individual and group practices that support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. His approach combines traditional yogic knowledge with practical guidance, helping guests explore the connection between movement, breath, awareness and everyday life.
