The Yin Way invites women to explore a gentler rhythm of wellbeing, drawing on Yin principles of rest, receptivity, and cyclical living. Over four days, restorative movement and Daoist meditation are complemented by workshops exploring women’s health and the transitions that can shape how we feel, sleep, and move through life.
Each day begins outdoors, with morning light and time in nature before Yin and restorative yoga. Wellness screening and sleep tracking offer personal insights, while a spa treatment and biohacking session provide further opportunities to understand and support your body. There is time built into the schedule to simply rest too.
The Douro Valley brings its own character to the experience. You’ll get your hands in the earth through a gardening or seed-planting activity and turn to creativity with tile painting. A tea ceremony and shared meals bring everyone together. You’ll return home with useful practical knowledge and rituals that can continue well beyond the retreat.
