Bloom is led by Elvin and Yesim, whose different backgrounds and perspectives shape a retreat designed to meet women where they are.
Each of the four days follows a different seasonal cycle, with the pace and practices changing accordingly. Yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatic movement, and face yoga sit alongside time in nature and guided workshops, with space left open for honest conversation and the questions that do not always find their way into everyday life.
The aim is simple: to understand the body more clearly and work with it rather than push against it. Along the way, you will develop rituals that feel realistic, personal, and useful long after the retreat ends.

The intention of this retreat is to reconnect you with your instincts and better understand how your mind and body work together. It offers space to notice what feels out of balance, question the habits that might no longer serve you, and listen more closely to what you need. Above all, it is about meeting yourself with greater compassion and learning to feel more at ease exactly as you are. Raw, real, and human.
