Life on the Kibbutz
Kibbutz Lotan in Israel is an ecologically minded community with a deep commitment to environmental protection. During a visit to the collective, a kibbutz member will lead visitors through the locale's herb gardens, Eco Campus and gain a genuine understanding of kibbutz life. The experience begins at Kibbutz Lotan's Eco-Kef Ecological Park where you will be welcomed at their Super Food Truck to taste a selection of signature organic smoothies. Visitors will have the chance to explore further during an informal discussion with residents and gardeners of the Eco Village.
