At its heart lies a mangrove lagoon unique within AMAALA, one of the Red Sea's most vital ecosystems, sheltering marine life, stabilizing shorelines, and absorbing carbon. Our marine biologist-led team protects this coastal forest and guides guests through experiences including the Junior Mangrove Ecologist program. In the Earth Lab, workshops range from upcycled art to essential oils from our garden.
