    (Depending on the flight schedules and occupancy, times may be more flexible)

    Minimum Age Requirement:
    You must be at least 18 years of age to make the reservation and at least one guest, per villa, will need to meet the minimum check-in age requirement, which is 18 years old. Minors aged under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian and will not be allowed to check-in independently.

    • Cancellation Policy

      • Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by the resort. We understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation of your reservation. The required notification varies per season:

        Peak Season

        • Up to 45 days prior to arrival date: No charge

          44 days or less: 100 percent of stay

          High Season

          • Up to 21 days prior to arrival date: No charge

            20 days or less: 100 percent of stay

            Shoulder and Low Season

            • Up to 10 days prior to arrival date: No charge

              9 days or less: 100 percent of stay

              For cross-season stays, the higher season with a stricter cancellation policy will apply. Reservations will be automatically canceled if a valid credit card is not provided to guarantee the reservation.

              Booking amendment within the cancelation period is not allowed and the cancellation policy will be applied. Early departure will incur full accommodation charge.

              Peak Season Payment Terms & Conditions:
              • Reservations are to be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card 45 days before the arrival date.
              • For cross-season stays, the Peak Season policy will apply. Reservations will be automatically canceled if a valid credit card is not provided to guarantee the reservation.

    No Show & Early Checkout Policies
    In the event of no show, late arrival or earlier departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee.

• Family Plan

  • For families staying in a one-bedroom villa, one child aged 11 or younger will enjoy a complimentary breakfast. A second child, aged 11 or younger sharing a bed in the same villa, will receive a 50 percent discount off the set breakfast price.

    Complimentary breakfast will be offered for up to two children aged 11 and under when booking an Ocean Front Pool Villa Suite or any of our two-bedroom villas.

    Food and Beverage Menus for Children:

    • Children aged below 5 years old can enjoy complimentary food from the children's menu.
    • Children aged 6 to 11 years old eat at full price from the children's menu and receive 50 percent discount when ordering from the regular menu.
    • Children aged 12 or older will be charged at normal prices.

• Arrivals And Departures

  • Early arrival
    Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.

    Late departure
    Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to villa availability, and additional charge applies for guaranteed arrangements. Please contact our Reservations Department for further information and applicable charges.
