Food and Beverage Services:
Early arrival (Villa)
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. While every endeavor will be made to have accommodations ready earlier, this can not be guaranteed. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience. Our spa is our at our guests disposal should guests with to shower and change.
Late departure
Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied. A day-use villa with bathroom facilities will remain at your disposal for late departure.
Credit card authorization is required at time of booking, invalid card results in auto cancellation. Should guests wish to guarantee the booking by a credit card, we require the Credit Card Authorization form to be completed and to be sent together with a copy of both sides of the credit card and copy of the Cardholder’s passport as required by law by the Government of Indonesia. Our Reservations may contact you to obtain payment details and other arrangements.
