Daniel Woodbridge

Executive Chef

Daniel has 20 years of experience as a professional chef. Born in the UK, with a great passion for cooking from the age of 15, Daniel started his first job at Four Seasons Hotel in Manchester where he had the opportunity learn about rich sources of exotic seafoods from around the world together with the most premium cooking methods. He finds inspiration from local ingredients and culinary culture, with knowledge gained in Vietnam used to successfully combine with Western techniques to make his dishes, especially seafood, full of creativity with bold flavors. Committed to bringing special culinary experiences to guests, he believes that every dish should tell a story.

Vietnamese Junior Sous-Chef

Ms. No has over 10 years of culinary experience and 5 years with Six Senses Con Dao. Six Senses always focus on Wellness and Ms. No is proud that Vietnamese food is not only delicious, but also is cited as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world with very simple ingredients but complex in flavor. Why don’t you join in her team’s cooking class to explore more about authentic Vietnamese cuisine?

As a Vietnamese Chef, she has a great understanding of the origin of many traditional dishes while always on the lookout for new ideas.

Htein Wynn

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Wynn oversees the day to day operation of food and beverage department at Six Senses Con Dao. His understanding of food and its delicate relationship with wines gives him the ability to enhance guest’s culinary experiences. His love and passion for food and wine was enhanced when earning extensive qualifications through the UK’s Wine and Spirit Trust.

Beginning his career in his native Myanmar with part time jobs during his studies, Wynn then moved oversees where he worked in Dubai and Doha before joining Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman and then to Soneva Fushi, Maldives where he was appointed resort sommelier. His next role as resort sommelier and beverage expert was at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay before joining Six Senses Con Dao.
