December 9, 2025 - The new year is bursting with new flavors. Feed your fascination with delicious dishes and drinks as you stroll through snow-dusted Swiss mountains and escape to sun-splashed islands in the Seychelles, Fiji, and Thailand.
Fresh snow crunches underfoot as the stars sing a silent ode to the majestic mountains. Join our Guided Dusk Walk in the Snow at Six Senses Crans-Montana to reconnect with nature in all its wild glory. Choose the “Shoki” route to track paw prints along the trail and listen carefully to the forest’s ethereal nighttime sounds as your senses tingle with fresh mountain air and the pure joy of being in a wintry landscape.
This outdoor journey celebrates the simple pleasures of mountain life, wrapping you with warmth and comfort when it concludes with a steaming cup of homemade hot chocolate and tasty local gingerbread to nibble.
From mountain chill to island heat, Six Senses Zil Pasyon is prepping fresh and fiery new menus at KRI. Introducing our brand-new omakase dining experience, where precise Japanese techniques meet Seychellois soul. The menu is as unpredictable as the ocean breeze, creativity flowing through each flash-blanched squid with lemon zest and spiny lobster brushed with citrus chili paste.
“Omakase loosely translates to ‘trust the chef’ — and trust us, you’ll want to,” says Executive Chef Isa. Sharing an early taste of what’s to come, he adds: “Each night, the ingredients take the lead. We choose fresh and sustainable catch that’s sourced with care from local waters and build a menu from there. Our new sushi counter takes center stage, bringing a touch of theater and a dash of surprise to the raw seafood we love working with. And when it comes to clean flavors that pack a punch, KRI brings the island to life in every bite. I recommend the tuna. It’s outstanding.”

Traditionally, lovo is the centerpiece of celebrations at weddings and family gatherings. At Six Senses Fiji, join our hosts every Thursday to learn the art of this centuries-old cooking method. Prepare your own lovo meal by selecting fresh meat and root vegetables, braiding them with coconut leaves, and placing them over hot stones in a pit dug in the ground.
Three hours later, unearth and unwrap your marinated coconut-wrapped parcels for a succulent, lip-smacking dish. Savor your flavor-packed meal under the stars with a meke (warrior song and dance) performance from our own traditionally attired Fijian hosts.
In the last three months, our team has harvested 999 coconuts. Learn more about the humble coconut at our Coconut Show. Not simply a symbol of sustenance and resilience, every part of the plant has a use in celebratory lovo cooking from the flesh to the fronds. If you’d like to host your celebrations with us, or simply sip fresh coconut on the beach, plan ahead with our Early Booking offer and enjoy savings on villa and residence stays.
At Six Senses Samui, our beverages are crafted mostly from homegrown ingredients bursting with freshness and flavor. New on the drinks menu is a refreshing creation bursting with bold character and inspired by Southern Thailand’s iconic Gang Som, a sour, spicy curry. Another highlight is the Spiced Tamarind Trail, which takes the traditional Thai snack — tamarind sprinkled with salt and chili flakes — and transforms it into a vibrant, revitalizing beverage. Cheers!
