Six Senses Crans-Montana: April 9 to 12, 2026
Blending science-informed practices with sensory experiences across three distinct phases, The Art of Staying Young helps you cultivate the skills and spirit to feel well at any age and life stage.
The three-day journey begins with a regulation phase to gently settle the nervous system and set intentions with fellow guests over a communal Blue Zone-inspired dinner. Days two and three move into the energy phase. As the retreat wraps up, the integration phase anchors your experience, helping you transition into a grounded and sustainable rhythm at home. You’ll depart with a four-week habit-building plan and a 12-week blueprint to incorporate what you’ve learned into daily life.
In April and May, Six Senses Kaplankaya hosts two multi-day retreats. One is designed to fire you up with high-energy fitness, mindful movement, and nourishing homegrown meals. The other offers a grounding journey inward, reconnecting you with what truly matters in a heartfelt and supportive space.
Six Senses Kaplankaya: April 16 to 20, 2026
Kim Strother returns with her signature blend of strength training and mindful movement, complemented by vibrant dining. Her four-night retreat unfolds through a structured program featuring strength and sculpt classes, grounding yoga flows, and guided breathwork. Space and time are set aside for reflective moments: hikes in nature, soothing spa treatments, and a fire circle ceremony to release what no longer serves you and realign your senses. Farm-to-fork cuisine inspired by Mediterranean flavors keeps you energized throughout.
Six Senses Kaplankaya: May 20 to 24, 2026
Based on the concept of the awakening of self-knowledge, this five-day retreat helps release limiting patterns, awaken inner wisdom, and gently return to your authentic self. Embark on a personal exploration while connecting with others on their unique journeys.
Guided by London-based yoga teacher Yesim Yuva and body psychologist Boniface Verney-Carron, the experience weaves together yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, nature immersions, and restorative pauses. Practical workshops deepen your understanding of the body’s language while offering tools to calm your mind and regulate stress.
From May 13 to 17, 2026, Harvest Festival, the 10th edition, takes place at our Aegean resort. For nearly a decade, the Harvest Series has gathered artists, activists, scientists, storytellers, seekers, and visionaries in shared exploration. See you there.
Six Senses Fort Barwara: April 21 to 26, 2026
The ever-popular Sanctum Retreat is back, blending Luuk’s signature music-driven rhythms with mindful rituals, hiking, sacred ceremonies, and Ayurvedic-inspired communal meals within our restored 700-year-old fort in Rajasthan. Sacred ceremonies, including a Puja blessing and closing circle, ground the journey to support emotional release, balance, and deep connection.
This is a shared group journey held in an intentional retreat setting. Feel the shift.
