Solving the Mystery of Your Sleep with Dr. Michael Breus

If standard sleep hygiene practices like limiting screen time, caffeine and alcohol before bed aren’t working for you, this retreat will go deeper into your personal patterns in order to create a personalized plan to help you get the shut-eye your body needs to perform at your best.

Over the course of the retreat, you will be tracking your sleep, and gathering suggestions and ideas for ways to improve it. Learn your personal chronotype (which determines your ideal sleep schedule) as well as what to eat and what to do during the day to optimize your body’s ability to do what it needs to do at night.

Led by Dr. Michael Breus, a nationally-renowned sleep expert, the program was designed for those wanting to improve sleep through reconnecting with the mind, body, and soul: “Everyone will walk away with a personalized pre-bed routine, a sleep schedule and a morning routine!"

Michael Breus, PhD

Michael Breus, PhD, is America’s most trusted sleep doctor. He is an author of three best-selling books on sleep including the seminal book on circadian rhythms called The Power Of When. He was one of the youngest people, at age 31, to pass the American Board of Sleep Medicine and has made regular appearances on The Dr. Oz Show and The Oprah Winfrey Show.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Dr. Breus is one of only 168 psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction, specializing in sleep disorders. Michael’s deep fascination with sleep began during his residency as a psychologist, where he encountered a patient who opened his eyes to the wide-reaching impact sleep has on every aspect of our well-being.

His research has led him to appointment as a clinical advisor on The Dr. Oz Show, and a regular expert for the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and the Washington Post. Michael also appears regularly on CNN, The Doctors, CBS This Morning and Huffington Post Live.
