Children are welcome.
Children between the ages 0-5 are free. Eat for free.
The supplement for the ages 6-11 is EUR 50 for breakfast. An additional of EUR 35 for half board.
Children ages 12 and more, subject to additional EUR 120 for breakfast fee including extra bed. An additional of EUR 65 for half board.
Children aged 14 or older are welcomed at all activities, classes and to use the facilities, restaurants and services.
Children under 14 years may use the indoor pool when accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for safety.Adult supervision is required when children are using the outdoor tennis and basketball courts.
Hydrothermal facilities may only be used by guests 18 years or older.
Children must be over 14 years to use fitness facilities at any time.
Teens from 14 to 18 years must be accompanied by an adult when using closed-door services such as massage, facial, health and healing service etc.

Early arrival
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the room/villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate room/villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.Late departure
Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied.

Reservations are to be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer. Should guests wish to guarantee the booking by a credit card, we require the credit card number with expire date and CVC code. Should guests wish to guarantee the booking by a bank transfer, we will send the invoice together with our bank details. Deposit or full payment before arrival may require for certain stay periods or rate plans. Payment policies are varied by seasons or rates.
